Ingredients

    1. 20 oz Freshly Ground Turkey Breast
    2. 4 oz Fresh Feta Cheese
    3. 1 Egg
    4. 1 Tsp Olive Oil
    5. 2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
    6. 3 Tbsp of finely diced Sun dried Tomatoes
    7. 2 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
    8. 1 Tbsp finely diced Shallot
    9. 1/2 Tsp finely diced Garlic
    10. 1/2 Tsp Salt
    11. 1/2 Tsp Pepper
    12. Fresh Hummus
    13. Fresh Tzatziki
    14. Fresh Buns/Lettuce or Spinach/Tomatoes/Red Onions

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients number 1 – 11 in a large bowl with your hands. Gently and quickly work the ingredients together until completely combined.
  2. Using a cooking scale, weigh out 6 oz portions of the burger mixture and press into a patty shape. (I use a burger press for this but you can use your hand easily as well.)
  3. Lay the burgers out on a parchment lined sheet pan and place in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, gather your burger toppings. Fresh Hummus, Tzatziki, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion, Black olives..what-ever you want to add to this burger, go for it.
  5. Heat your BBQ to medium high and cook burgers for approximately 4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
