Tzatziki sauce is one of my favourites. It is full of cucumber, garlic, dill, and creamy greek yogurt. Commonly, this joins fried calamari on its plate, or helps make a souvlaki pita shine. I like mine served on top of my Mediterranean Turkey Burger, or served in a bowl to dip my naan bread in. Either way…yummm is all I can say.
Fresh is best, therefor use fresh herbs, cucumbers, and yogurt to make this dish pop. It will keep for a week in the fridge so go big and indulge all week long. You won’t regret it.
If you want to thin this out at all, add some buttermilk (about a tsp at a time) until you have the consistency you like. Tzatziki Sauce
