Honey Jalapeño Cabbage Slaw

Serves: 6 Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

1. 1 cup of shredded red Cabbage 
2. 1/4 cup of shredded carrots 
3. 1 tbsp of minced fresh Jalapeño
4. 1 tsp fresh lime juice
5. 1 tsp fresh lime zest
6. 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
7. 1/2 tsp olive oil
8. 1 tbsp Honey
9. 2 minced green onions
10. salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

1. Combine all of the ingredients 10 minutes before serving.
2. Mix well to combine the flavours and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
