Truffle Fries

Truffle Fries

I have an obsession with truffle fries and cannot get enough of these delicious treats. Truffle is that magic flavour where a little goes a long way. I add parmesan cheese and some parsley to give it some extra texture and visual lift. We eat with our eyes first of course and a touch of greenery goes a long way.

I use my recipe for homemade fries and then add the truffle and cheese seasonings before serving. If you partner these truffle fries with a great steak your steak n’ frites takes on a whole new life.

Enjoy.
