Rhubarbarita

I found this fun little cocktail in the PDT cocktail book. Looking for a way to use my garden Rhubarb in a cocktail, this drink was the perfect discovery.

A mixture of tequila, grand mariner, and Rhubarb is a subtle summer drink I can definitely get behind. Enjoy!

Serves: 1 Prep Time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients

1. 1.5 oz Tequila
2. 1 oz Lemon Juice
3. .75 oz Grand Marnier
4. .5 oz Rhubarb puree
5. .5 oz Grenadine

Instructions

1. Combine all of the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with an orange twist.
