Lobster Caeser

Lobser Caeser

If you are looking for a drink that screams Atlantic Canadian flare, this Lobster Caeser is the one. The Caeser is a Canadian staple. Housing clamato juice, lime, spices, and vodka the variations of this drink are endless. In fact, I have another version posted on my site here.

Now because I have an affection for East meets West combinations, this Lobster Caeser uses Park Chilli Vodka make in Banff Alberta. It is a glorious spicy spirit and perfect for this purpose. Some Sriracha salt from Evoolution Oils in Edmonton Alberta adds a nice addition to the salted rim on the glass. Garnished with fresh PEI Lobster from The Water Prince Corner Shop in Charlottetown and you have yourselves a marvellous beverage worthy of a cheers.
