At this Because you CAN session you will learn the basics of canning and make three delicious but simple recipes. Each participant will get to take home one jar of each. If you have never canned vegetables and prepared jam, or you are an experienced canner looking for some new ideas, sign up for this informative session.

- Lemon, Blueberry, Champagne and Thyme Jam
- White Wine Mustard
